Hey Fashionistas, 

I recently bought this black flattering dress and I really like how it feels and moves as I walk. This dress is an amazing all rounder and you can wear it for many occasions. The best thing about this dress is that it works excellent with sneakers because it has a preppy causal look.

I love my pop art backpack. It is cute, fun and a real eye catcher. This backpack easily upgrades every outfit and adds a touch of youth to your ensemble. Another big plus is that you can put all your essentials in your backpack and just zip it up and carry it on your back. Having a purse sometimes can be a hassle since you have to worry about it at all times while a backpack is hands free making it easier to do many daily activities.

Below you will find the three occasions that best fit this look.

Occasion no. 1: Back to school

This outfit is perfect for the first day of school after a summer vacation. This outfit is stylish but not overly dramatic. The pink cardigan and the sparkling shoes give the outfit an overall charm without looking silly. The silver statement necklace and the black watch add the right amount sophistication to this ensemble.

Occasion no. 2: Office

A lot of work places do not require office attire anymore and you can basically wear what you are most comfortable with. Of course this does not mean come to work with your pajamas. This outfit is perfect for a work place with a casual environment.  The statement necklace and the watch add the right amount of classiness to this outfit making it the perfect office attire. In case you feel like the sneakers are to casual you can always switch them for a pair of black heels. The cute cardigan keeps you warm in case the air conditioner is blowing as hard as in my job.

Occasion no. 3: Date

This outfit literally screams: “look at me, I’m cute”. The backpack is absolutely fun and gives the look an edgy touch. The sneakers are glamorous but you are still able to conquer all the things you will be doing on a date, like walking for hours and chatting. The light pink knit cardigan keeps you warm at night while still looking fabulous.

You are never too old to wear a backpack. Backpacks are now more fashion forward and can make an outfit look fun and edgy while still looking cute and sophisticated. Never - should not be in the vocabulary of fashion. Be your own best critic and feel good in what you wear. Never say it’s not appropriate because if you love your look it will always be appropriate.
