Happy Friday! I am back with another blog post that focuses on hair care. I know I am talking a lot about hair care lately but I also like to share products with you that work for me. This blog post most likely addresses problems blonde haired girls have, and boys!
You know that my hair isn’t naturally that blonde and being blonde is tough. Your hair needs way more care, and it gets brassy fast. I tried different purple shampoos and conditioners. For a long time I have been using Paul Mitchell’s purple shampoo and I was always happy with the result until I tried Kenra purple conditioner. Influenster and Kenra were so kind to send me the products complimentary for testing purposes but as always opinions are my own!
The first time I used this conditioner I was like WTF is this?! I mean I know that purple shampoos are purple but this one is way stronger. My hair as well as my hands turned dark blue. This stuff is strong so be careful, don’t leave it in your hair too long.
After I washed it off my hair looked ‘colder’ meaning this conditioner was able to get rid off a lot of brassiness in my hair. I think my only mistake was not working in the conditioner evenly because I did spot some places that still looked a bit more yellow.
Overall, I definitely recommend this product line to fight brassiness. Kenra was the only brand that achieved maximum toning with my hair. Kenra hair products are available at Ulta Beauty.
