I can’t believe the year is almost over. Where did it go? Well, I guess I have been saying this phrase since I turned 22. But as older you get as faster the time runs.
My New Year’s Eve outfit is a sparkling dress with a deep v-cut and nude heels. I throw my hair in an undone bun. Since it’s getting a bit colder at night I am going to pair a black leather jacket with this beautiful dress.
This dress is from Windsor and only $100 and it looks more expensive than it is. The material feels good and the glitter applications don't look cheap. Overall this is a really nice dress. The dress has to slits on each side which adds the right amount of sex appeal.
My eye makeup is a sparkling Bordeaux red lid with a glossy lip. After all, you don’t want to overdo it.
My year in words...
It would probably be way too long to talk about every little thing we did but these are my main highlights of 2018.
This year had a lot of ups but also a few downs (unfortunately). This year was the first time we visited the rainforest in Peru and snuggled with sloths. We saw Machu Picchu (we can finally cross it off our bucket list). We hiked the rainbow mountain and were amazed by nature.
This year also marked our 5 year wedding anniversary and we took some amazing pictures in the desert.
We went glamping for the first time and we flew to Guatemala and Honduras over Thanksgiving.
This year was filled with vacation and laughter and we hope to continue it next year too.
But we also had some sad moments - my husband grandma passed away.
I am also not sure whether this is a good thing or a bad thing but this year turned me into a workaholic. I got a great job offer earlier this year and took the opportunity. I had the chance to go to marketing conferences across the US and I learned tons of new things. I am so motivated I started a few side projects that are time-consuming. Not to mention my blog also wants attention. As of right now, I couldn’t l imagine it any other way.
My goals for 2019
I don’t really have New Years Resolution but I do have goals. As I mentioned before I started a few new projects and I want to finish and launch them in 2019.
