Hey Fashionistas,
I think I never spoke about my New Year’s resolutions. Not that I am fully believing in them but it is always good to set up goals.
One of my goals (each and every year) is to travel more. We have two continents left that we haven’t been to, not counting Antarctica. Although I would love to travel to Antarctica it is just way too expensive. We already booked our first trip for this year but for now, I am keeping it a secret - not going to jinx myself.
Another goal of mine is to learn Spanish. I’ve been learning this language for the past year but I wasn’t constant enough. So I hope to learn this language (a bit better) this year.
I am also currently working on a project. Well, I’ve been working on it for months and I hope to launch it soon.
Lastly, I want to produce better content for my blog, better content for you. I constantly brainstorm how to be different and how to inspire others.
Overall, as you can see this year is full of projects and work with a dash of travel. I don’t want to have it any other way.
Now, let’s take a look at my outfit. I am currently obsessed with my faux leather leggins. I got these from Pull & Bear in Guatemala. This store is one of my faves but unfortunately, they don’t have a store in the US.
How to style faux leather leggings? My favorite way to wear them is by pairing them with an oversized sweater, boots or how I did in this blog post.
Timberland boots are perfect for the current weather conditions. I got these years ago from my husband. I love the color and they basically fit to everything. Even better these boots are waterproof, which will definitely come in handy because it is going to rain all week long.
A stop wearing plain boring tees, unless I have to wear them or it’s the only thing left in my closet. I basically swapped my plain ‘ol tee for some graphic tees. My latest addition is this cute mickey mouse tee from Levis. I actually got this one from the mens section because it is longer and less tight.
On top, I wear my jeans jacket. Love this jean jacket! I got this one last year, found it at a Nordstrom Rack in Palm Springs. This jacket is super fun because it has patches and it looks unique.
Last but not least I grabbed my silk scarf which I got from my grandma back in Germany. Since my grandmother is not with me/us anymore this garment has a special meaning to me.
