Hey Fashionistas,
One of my favorite places to visit is the aquarium. I love the underwater world, and an aquarium just has a calming feeling to it. We visited the Ozeaneum in Stralsund. This is also our last day on Germany's biggest island, "Rügen."
Stralsund, that's the place we visited, is a small rustic looking town located at the baltic sea. This was one of the colder days, but I still decided to wear my new suede skirt and a Disney shirt. Which reminds me I am not made for cold weather.
Suede is one of those fabrics that are timeless. You can wear suede shoes, a suede coat, or a suede skirt. Suede looks good in summer as well as in the wintertime. Paired correctly, it's the perfect seasonal piece of garment in your closet. What I love most about suede you can style it up or down. It looks great with anything.
During winter, I like to pair my brown suede skirt with black over knee socks and boots. Although this is probably the chillier option to expose parts of your legs during the cold weather, I personally prefer to show some skin.
This way, your legs not only longer, but it also creates a natural separation between your suede skirt and your shoes. Since my skirt is the it-piece of the outfit, I don't want the surrounding garments still the show. On top, I am wearing a graphic tee and a suede coat. In fact, you can wear multiple suede pieces at once. The belt with a metal buckle and an oversized scarf add the needed edginess to this look.
Thanks for stopping by!
