I can't believe that in less than a month it's already spring. Where did the beginning of this year go - it just flew by.
I feel like I barely arrived in winter. I don't like the cold season because it gets dark super early and of course it's cold. The only positive aspect about the cold months is candles ( I love to light up scented candles) and knitted oversized sweaters and cardigans.
My outfit today is one of my favorite combos to wear knit. I love to mix and match fabrics.
Since I'm living in Southern California winter is still warm enough to wear a pair of shorts but if you live somewhere more cold you can also pair a jeans to this outfit.
Although this outfit is pretty basic but with a few extravagant pieces this look is really stylish. What I also love about this look is that pretty much everyone can re-style it at home. I mean who doesn't own a leather jacket and a sweater?!
In order to elevate this outfit I chose hiking boots and a hat. As I mentioned in a previous blog post a hat can totally change up your appearance. When you style this outfit make sure you tuck in your knitted sweater into your jeans so it looks more polished.
I also decided to wear a small purse with a gold chain to make them look more sophisticated.
Overall this is one of my favorite outfits for fall because it's so easy to put it together and you are elevating your outfit by just adding a simple leather jacket.
