Hey Fashionistas,

I am currently looking through my camera roll and seeing all these amazing vacation pictures. I basically living through my camera roll right now. Last year around the same we traveled to Africa, Europe, and Asia, this year all I can appreciate is the view of my front yard from swinging bench. I am not complaining but I just love to travel.

So for today, I decided to post about a trip to Mexico, that I haven't posted before. We took this trip a few months ago before the pandemic outbreak. We traveled to Tamazula because that's where my husband's family is located at. This small town is tucked into corn and sugar cane fields. It is a very quiet place so the majority of the day we spent eating authentic Mexican food and hanging out with family.

Occasionally, we visited the ranch that belongs to his granddad. In order to get to the ranch, you have to cross the sketchiest bridge of all times. Made out of misshaped wood pieces and a few pieces of robe. At the ranch, I ditched the horse and rode a donkey, instead. You can't visit a small town in Mexico and not ride a donkey.

What I like about the small town is the architecture and nature. The next big city calls Tamazula, every morning we made the 20. minute drive to this town. Hubby and I were eating at a local breakfast place. This place is making the best omelets in town. A place we also frequently visited, sometimes even up to two times per day is the local juice place. Fresh pressed juice everyday day, am I in heaven? I love fresh-pressed juice, there is nothing more satisfying than drinking a fresh-pressed orange, beet, celery and carrot juice. Hubby opted in for a creamy milk chocolate shake with a dash if rompope. Rompobe is a Mexican liquor similar to eggnog.

What I love most about traveling is not only experiencing new cultures but also indulge in delicious food. I can't wait to jump on an airplane again to fly somewhere new!
